@GetSpectrum I am headed back to @dish! You’re salesperson lied to me repeatedly about the services he was selling me. I still have a $9.99 charge (for 3 months now) for a phone I NEVER ordered and wasn’t even hooked up!!! No one will take it off my bill!!!

@ATTCares is there a way to talk to someone directly who turns on service. I moved and my service tech no showed yesterday and your customer service is giving me run around. @GetSpectrum looking really good right now.

@WOW_WAY Well your service sucks!! I have called twice now to get service at my new home. First I was told that you don’t provide service. Then I was told you wanted DOUBLE the price from @GetSpectrum was offering their service at. Who do you think I am going with!

@ATT is the absolute worst company I have ever had the pain of dealing with. Completely and utterly useless in providing me services that I pay for, or providing any support for those services. I would’ve changed to Spectrum day 1 if I weren’t forced to live with this hot garbage

Despite all the phone calls, emails and time spent. The cable line remains down in the alley and my backyard. @Ask_Spectrum fails for a fifth straight day to resolve the dangerous situation.

I had @DIRECTV for literally 15 straight years. They can’t get the app to work for us. (I’ve talked to many of their techs). “We’ve reset your password” never works. We switched to Spectrum. At least Spectrum app works.

@thatERguy Dude, our WOW bill jumped from 90 to 140 and they can’t give me an answer....but more channels and better service than what we had at Spectrum and it was like 180.....smdh lol

@TujuMaster @JohnLegere Sprint has more debt than assets.. the ratio is 2 to 1 I believe. That’s BAD. Rebranding isn’t the answer; as every penny would need to go to the network, and that can’t do it without spectrum. Spectrum is a natural finite resource, and there isn’t any available!

@Ask_Spectrum added services in April. Still can’t get a $9.99 phone charge off my account. Never adked for it, never had it installed, couldnt use it if I had it- no jacks in my house. But you keep charging me and no representative will credit me!!!
