There are some places on Earth where the land just seems different, and Blind Frog Ranch in eastern Utah is one of those places. Locals say the land is cursed and holding on to treasures. Landowner Duane Ollinger is determined to find what is hidden in the seven underground caves on the 160-acre ranch. Duane has sunk everything he has into hunting for what he believes is a vast fortune of gold on his property. John P Season three was so much better than before. There was real adventure taking place and history kessons to go along. I do wish there were more episodes and I wish they addressed some of what happened in the last two seasons. Editing also needs to cut back on the music. Sometimes it was hard to hear what was being said by the cast. Please folliw up with letting us know about the box and huge cave from season two. There is no need for that due to the ability to rewind or start the episode over again.There are only 8 episodes in season 3 which ended the season without the viewer realizing it was the season finale. I find this really irritating as they are just now starting to find some things on the ranch. More episodes(12-13 would be great). Stop repeating things over and over and go back and explain some of the missing information like what happened to the shaft they drilled went down it, found poisonous air? Why not ventilate the shaft? Would have been cheaper than the extra rat drills, and excavators needed just to get to this point.All in all it is a decent show with a lot of moving parts, from claim jumpers, trespassers, fly overs and now an ancient snake creature. Seasons 1 and 2 were interesting, intriguing, and explored some interesting topics and phenomena. Season 3? What a waste of time. There was no follow up, the experts from the previous seasons failed to reappear, and half of the season focused on "trespassers". One episode spent 35 minutes showing a Cat excavator Duane got stuck in deep mud. What happened to this show? Shame for a show that started strong.
