The Kindlewastes Hollow Halls is the last of four dungeons and is, by far, the hardest. These Halls require a lot of preparation, especially if you are planning on tackling them yourself. In this Enshrouded guide, we will walk you through the dungeon from start to finish, so you can finally master every Hollow Halls the Collector has to throw at you.

How to Beat the Kindlewastes Hollow Halls

Before you head to the desert to take on the Hollow Halls challenge, there are a couple of things you should make sure you have prepared. Here's what you'll need:

  • Flame Altar Level 6
  • Ghost Glider
  • Kindlewastes Bone Key
  • Plenty of health potions, buffs, and Shroud Flasks
  • Backup weapons

While weapons and potions are important, the most essential items on that list are the Key, the Ghost Glider, and your Flame Altar level. If you don't have your Flame leveled up to the highest option, you won't be able to explore the dungeon at all. And if you don't have the Ghost Glider, you will find certain parts of the dungeon exceptionally difficult.

You can craft the key with the Collector using 100x Ectoplasm Shards and 2x Giant Bones. You can find these materials in the Nomad Highlands Hollow Halls.

Once you're ready to set off, fast-travel to the Kindlewastes Ancient Spire and glide off the northeastern side to land on the tall rock formation. You should be able to reach this easily with the Ghost Glider. Turn north to see the large stone doors across the chasm. Glide over and unlock the door with your key.

After defeating the first few enemies, step on the warp pad to begin the real challenge. The first room has two groups of floating skulls waiting behind the door to ambush you. Take them out, continue down the hall, and turn left. There are spawners in the hall and on the stairs, so focus on getting rid of those before defeating the enemies. Otherwise, you will just find yourself in an endless cycle of skeletons.

Continue through the locked doors at the end of the hall and activate the checkpoint before moving forward to the next area. You will find yourself on a high ledge overlooking a large arena. This arena will fill up with enemies almost as soon as you land on it, so re-buff and heal up if you have to before gliding down. There is a rune barrier here that you need to break before you can move on. All of the runes are protected by enemies. Kill them all and head through the east door to move deeper into the dungeon.

This is where you will encounter your first glide. Thankfully, it starts off quite small, but it is still a tight space with plenty of obstacles. Run up the stairs on the left when you land and complete the next small glide.

You will land directly in the middle of another large arena filled with Hollow, spawners, and a Hollow Cyclops. Take care of the spawners first, then the smaller enemies, and save the Cyclops for last. Stay underneath the Cyclops as much as possible during the fight so you can avoid its harder-hitting attacks!

On the left side of the arena, you will find a door that can be unlocked by hitting two buttons. The buttons are just above the door on the left and right side, but they are quite far away. You will need a bow and arrows to hit them. Open the door to unlock the tomb inside and run back out to the arena before turning left to continue to your next challenge.

Defeat the enemies in the hall and turn right. At the end of the hall, turn left and fight your way to the locked door. Destroy the enemies and spawners so you can loot the gold tomb safely, run back out to the hall, turn right, and continue to the end of the hall. Head down the stairs into the Shroud below and take down the enemies awaiting you there before unlocking the next door.

Run through the gate and past the area with bugs as fast as you can, as they will keep spawning. Start running up the stairs and into the next building to fight even more enemies, some of which are protecting runes. Defeat all of the enemies and move forward through the broken barrier to the next area. Turn right and grapple to the platform above.

Climb up the grate to the right and grapple to the next platform before activating the next checkpoint through the gate. Head back out and through a lightning trap. If you're struggling with trying to predict the lightning bursts, try to angle your camera up and stand right beside the trap. That makes it easier to see when the coast is clear. Take them one by one to reach the end safely.

Glide off the platform to find yourself in another Enshrouded room full of enemies. Take them down and run out the door and up the stairs.

Look up at the door as soon as you enter the room and hit the button. You will need this to complete the Hidden Crafting Recipes quest.

Climb the grates and head into the next room. This room is locked by a rune barrier. Defeat the spawner first, then all of the enemies to continue on to the next grapple hook. At this point, you will find yourself looking at a seemingly endless sea of Shroud. Look up to find the grapple hooks and swing yourself over the massive chasm to reach the other side.

Grapple up to the left, loot the tombs, and climb the grate. On your right will be a large room with two lit braziers outside of it. If you hit the button earlier, the door will be open for you to collect the recipe and complete the Hidden Crafting Recipes - Hollow Halls quest. Then, head straight back to the checkpoint.

Your next challenge is a long and dangerous glide over the deadly lava-like substrate. This portion of the dungeon is not easy, but as long as you have your Ghost Glider and look ahead, you should be fine. The last checkpoint is a quick run from the launching point, so it won't take too long to get back to the beginning if you hit the lava a few times. Another checkpoint will be waiting for you at the end.

Head forward to the last challenge of the dungeon. Here, you will face off against two Hollow Cyclops, a Fell Sicklescythe, beetles, and a horde of Hollow skeletons. This fight is the most difficult one yet.

Try to take care of the smaller enemies first. When it's time to take on the Hollow Cyclops, do so from underneath it. Head through the rune barrier once you're done, collect your winnings, and warp out to complete the final Hollow Halls.
