Taylor Swift and Post Malone Lead the 2024 MTV VMAs Nominations — See the Full List! (2024)

The 2024 MTV Video Music Awards nominations are here!

On Tuesday, Aug. 6, MTV revealed the complete list of nominees for the upcoming award show and Taylor Swift leads the pack with 10 nominations, followed by Post Malone with nine.

Ariana Grande, Eminem and Sabrina Carpenter each earned six nominations, while Megan Thee Stallion and SZA have five nods each and LISA, Olivia Rodrigo and Teddy Swims have four each.

Carpenter and Swims are among the 29 first-time nominees, which also includes Benson Boone, Tyla, Chappell Roan, Jelly Roll, Rauw Alejandro, Sexxy Red, Victoria Monét and more.

In the coveted video of the year category, Swift — who is looking to continue her record-breaking streak and break her own record to become the only artist to ever three-peat and win five times in the category — is up against Grande, Billie Eilish, Doja Cat, Eminem, and SZA.

Beginning Tuesday, fans can vote for their favorite categories atvote.mtv.comthrough Friday, Aug. 30.

This year's ceremony will air live from UBS Arena in New York on Sept. 10 at 8 p.m. ET.
